Zzz REMEDY is a herbal blend consisting of Valerian, Lemon Balm and Hops. Together, these herbs help relieve difficulty falling asleep due to nervousness or unrest and act as a sedative or calmative to relieve nervous tension. GMO-Free, Vegan, Gluten-Free 50 ML Dosage: Adults: 2-3ml, 1-3x day. Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for 3 weeks.
