Return & Exchange Policy

Full Refund – Eligible items (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and footwear in original packaging) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery or or in-store purchase.

All sale items are a final sale. 

Store Credit or Exchange – Returns made 14–30 days after purchase qualify for store credit or exchange.

No Returns After 30 Days from the original purchase date.

Local Pickup Orders

If you selected local pickup, you have 14 days from the purchase date to exchange or return for store credit.

Important Notes

• No Price Adjustments – We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases, including flash sales or last-chance markdowns.
• Returns by Mail or In-Store – You can mail back items or return them in person at Lloydminster Home Hardware Building Centre (2802 50 Ave, T9V 2S3). 
• Curbside Returns – Call 780-875-7762 to arrange a curbside exchange or store credit drop-off.

Holiday Return Policy

Christmas gifts purchased after November 25 are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 6 (tags must be attached). Please note at checkout that the item is a gift.
