1. Begin to fill bath with warm water, ideally between 37ºC to 39ºC (98.6°F to 102.2°F).
2. Add to running water 2-scoops of Ancient Oat Hydration OR Midnight Superbloom
CRUSH Bath Soak.
3. Empty the entire sachet of MILK Mineral Bath Soak.
4. Soak for 20–30 minutes, letting the mineral-rich clays, botanical extracts, and plant milks
envelop your skin.
5. Breathe deeply as the aromatherapeutic blend helps to calm your senses and reset your
mind.
6. Pat dry gently, no rinsing required.
