How To Use

Add 3-10 drops into your diffuser.  The bigger the room, the more essential oil you will need.

Add 1-3 drops to a bowl of steaming water and inhale deeply for 5-10 mins

If applying directly to skin always use a carrier oil (jojoba, olive or fractionated coconut for example).  Breathe works great when applied to the chest or feet.  Always do a test patch when first trying this blend.
